Lets talk fit is geared towards helping individuals figure out what it is they need in order to change or improve their lives. Everyone has NEEDS something; everyone has things they want to improve in their lives. Whether it is improving overall health markers, fitness, nutrition, finding a new job, getting a pay raise, going to school, cleaning their room, relationship goals, you name it. Even the most polished people in society or people that already hold some level of status and seem to have it all together, have needs. I will help you identify what it is you need, and then come up with a comprehensive plan to work on achieving it. The first step is simply talking. I work with professionals in all their respective fields. So if you need more intensive care whether it be a registered dietician or a specialized personal trainer or even a psychologist, I will be able to connect you with those people. And working together we will help you. You also may just need to simply, talk. Let’s talk about it.
My name is Trevor Davis. I played sports throughout my childhood including football, wrestling, basketball, soccer and lacrosse. However, I was diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis at the age of 15. I have two fractured pars between my L5 and S1. I had to stop playing sports and took on a simple body building approach style of working out. I had been acting and modeling since the age of 14, so I threw myself into that and dropped out of school at the age of 16 and signed a contract with NY Model Management and started modeling full time. I started working all over the world doing high end fashion jobs and small acting jobs. I was partying way too much. By my 20’s the healthy lifestyle I once lived was behind me and I was struggling with depression and heavy drug abuse. I then gained over 100lbs in the following 5 years. I was so low I truly thought it would be better if it all ended because I didn’t think there was any possible way I would make it back to a person I was happy or proud of. I was doing cocaine and eating 100 pills a day at one point. Over weight and probably near the brink of death I had a revelation. I looked at myself in the mirror one day, and just said “fuck that. I am not going out this way”. I went on a fucking war path. I couldn’t do a single push up, my diet was pizza, ice cream, and doughnuts. I started experimenting with different diets and exercises and different approaches. I started changing the people I was hanging around and the things I was doing. Slowly, things got better, and I started to improve. With that my confidence and self-worth improved. Today I am a happy healthy productive member of society. And I want to help others, like myself, and anyone who wants to make a change in their life. But I truly believe that simply talking is the first step. So what are you waiting for, let’s talk about it.
